If I believe in the solution do I need to believe the problem? If I agree we must save the town below by moving it out of the path of the river, then we don’t need to agree on the status of the damn. I can know the damn can break. You may think the damn will break next year. Should we spend the time arguing about the damn or take actions to move the town. Should we work with 10 levels of management trying to convince others the damn is broken. Or should we work one on one with other townsman to help them make the move from the low land of flood zone to a safer place.
It is the same with global warming or climate change. Can the climate change? Has the climate been changing since the dawn of the earth’s creation? All mankind can agree. Can we agree it is not good to breath car fumes? Can we agree to simple things? Is it wise to ship water in bottles from a place that has water shortages to every place of our convince? Take from Fiji to place these bottles all around us? In wasteful containers? We can make simple steps to save the planet. If you believe why do your actions not match your words?
We have public and private budgets all around us available to be used in taking care of parks, grass and common areas. Use those funds in productively oh making food. Understand and apply Permaculture principles. “The problem is the solution.” –Geoff Lawton. This not high mind hippie talk, but real solutions.
If a guy has a “license” or a permit than they are totally fine to carry no matter what they look like.
Here is the most terrible thing. You see these documentaries about gangs and every single one of them have a gun by illegal means. Meaning that one or many gun laws have been broken to get them. Thus the laws we have in place did not stop the criminal from getting a gun. We have 22,000 gun laws that many times fail to protect us.
We need to get rid of a lot of foolish gun laws and then have better enforcement of the laws we have. Police don’t even understand some of the laws. Then when Law enforcement does catch a criminal we need to prosecute that crime. Many times gun laws are broken the criminal is caught and then they are not prosecuted.
During the civil rights movement when government would fail to protect the rights of black people the black panthers carried guns for protecting themselves. Well evil and corrupt politicians did not like that “color folks” had guns, so we need to pass a law to stop them. So when we say that Gun control laws are racist that is what we are talking about.
Gun are not bad, guns are not the issue. The real problem is lack of community. In big cities like Chicago & LA have lots of extra gun laws and lots of crime. Where as out in the country small towns they have very loose gun laws and low crime. Loose gun laws is not the answer but strong communities is.
In Switzerland they have extra strong community. No one has need of anything. People help one another. In Switzerland many have full auto weapons in their homes.
How can we build better and stronger community? Thanks for reading. I hope this is what you wanted. I try to start a community garden but failed. I need to try again. I guess people are too busy.
Orem city council and mayor is corrupt organization. They have all been bought and paid for by Woodbury corporation. Orem city used public funds to benefit a private party. The city council has done a number of things such as poor miss management of funds getting involved in UTOPIA and then demanding that people pay more in taxes to fund a failed project. Orem city does not seek to serve but be served. And it is not just Orem city. Look around and dig deep. All cities are involved in something they should not be doing. Sadly corruption is in our cities and our states. Our very own Federal government is deeply corrupt. R or a D it does not matter. The puppet politician don’t put the people of their great state first but their party. There should be no doubt in your mind our Federal politicians are own by corporate elite. It is time to tare down their power by opting out of any taxes you can. Cheat the system the laws are unjust it is our duty to not obey unjust laws. It is time to be a political atheist. No politicians serve the people, they serve their corporate Master’s. It is time for radical thinking. Insurrection and revolution. The news media does NOTHING to inform but to divide us. They too are own by our corporate Masters. In the age of information how can we be so ignorant of the truth.

On videos like this they disable ratings and comments because the truth and facts are not on their side. They use fear and emotion to push their anti-gun agenda. We can pass a law that says all guns must be secure. But does that save every child? No. How do we enforce a law like this? We can’t. How about you teach and educate people that leaving loaded guns unlocked with children around is not safe. How about we teach children to learn about gun safety and what to do if a friend gets out a gun and plays with it. How about NRA Eddie Eagle could this be done better or another way? sure.

Anti gun people need a gun education, they fear what they don’t understand. I have had an unreasonable fear of snakes, learning about them and what they can really do the fear goes away.

The United States’ very own Senator Ron Wyden warned long before Edward Snowden about what it’s government is doing.(May 2011) It is too bad we cant listen and take action from these warnings. Senator Wyden explains we cant have two gap between what the law says and how the law is secretly interrupted.
What Senator Ron Wyden has to say:
“Mr. President the united states preparing to pass a another 4 year extension of the USA patriot act. I’ve served on the intelligence committee for over a decade. I want to deliver a warning this afternoon.
When the American people find out how their government has secretly interrupted the patriot act, they are gonna be stunned and they are going to be angry.
And there going to ask senators ‘ do you know what this law actual permits? why didn’t you know before you voted on it?’ The fact is anyone can read the plan text of the patriot act and yet many members of congress have no idea how the laws is being secretly interrupted by the executive branch because that interruption is classified. It is almost as if there are two patriot acts, and many members of congress have not read the one that matters.
Our constituents of course are totally in the dark. Members of the public have no access to the secret legal interruptions, so they have no idea what their government believes the law actual means.
….
But the law itself must always be public. Government official must not fall into the trap of secretly reinterpreting the law in a way that creates a gap between what the public believes the laws says and what the government secretly claims it says. Anytime that happens seems to me there is going to be a violation of the public trust. furthermore allowing a gap of this nature to develop is simply short sided. Both history and logic should make it clear, and that is why i brought these examples to the floor of the senate today.
Secret interruptions of the law will not say secret forever and in fact come to light pretty quickly. When the public eventually finds out that government agencies have rewriting surveillance laws in secret the result as i have demonstrated invariably a backlash and a erosion of public confidence in these government agencies.”
